After the stretch film rewinding and slitting machine has been used for a long period of time, the turntable does not rotate frequently during its use. What is the reason for this phenomenon? Analyze from the source and solve the fault completely.
1. The first thing to be checked is the inverter. When there is no display on it, it means that it has been burned out, and it must be replaced in time. There is a display, but the displayed situation is different from the data we usually see. At this time, it may be that the parameter setting is wrong. Just reset it according to the requirements of the technical department.
2. The second thing to check is the chain of the inverter, adjust the distance between the large and small sprocket, and then re-link the connection.
3. Another possibility is that the turntable reducer itself has a malfunction, and the reducer must be replaced at this time.
Daily use:
Stretch film rewinding slitting machine should do the following aspects during use:
1. Keep lubrication between the inner chain and the outer chain of the winding machine die frame. When the film frame moves up and down and shakes, it can be eliminated by tensioning the chain. Other equipment like balers and vacuum packaging machines also need regular maintenance and lubrication.
2. When the turntable slows down or slips, open the turntable motor cover, loosen the four connecting bolts on the speed reduction mounting plate, and then evenly adjust the two tension bolts clockwise to achieve the required tension, and tighten the four connections bolt. The chain tension should be adjusted after the machine has been used continuously for 10-15 days.
3. The driving of the lifting, chassis and film frame is completed by the worm gear governor. During use, please use the following requirements:
　(1) Reducer with oil-immersion lubrication, the depth of oil-immersion is the full tooth height of the worm if the worm is below or on the side of the worm wheel; the upper part is 1/3 of the outer diameter of the worm;
(2) It is recommended to use synthetic worm oil 200# (kinematic viscosity 320 at 40oC);
　(3) The oil lens with oil lens is 1/2 of the oil lens, the center distance a=63mm, it is recommended to add 400ml;
　(4) New oil needs to be replaced after 10 days of operation, and every 1 year thereafter;
　(5) When the ambient temperature is between -40 and +40oC and below 0oC, use low-freezing point lubricating oil.
　(6) The gear reducer adopts grease lubrication, and there is no need to replace the grease during use, or replace it according to the actual situation.
4. When placing the packaging of the goods, it should be handled as smoothly as possible, so as not to deform the chassis or shorten the life of the parts.
5. The goods shall not exceed the designed packaging height, otherwise, the packaging effect will be affected.
