Detailed classification
inner packaging
(1) Plastic bag: The American line generally requires heat sealing, made of high-pressure PE material; unless the customer has specified requirements, it is not allowed to use PP material.
(2) OPP bag: good transparency, but it is brittle and easy to break. It is mostly used for packaging gifts and accessories.
(3) Color box: There are two types: corrugated color box and non-corrugated color box.
(4) Ordinary brown corrugated boxes: 3-layer corrugated boxes and 5-layer corrugated boxes are commonly used. After the product is packaged, it is generally sealed with transparent tape.
(5) White boxes: can be divided into corrugated (3-layer or 5-layer) white boxes and non-corrugated white boxes. The products are generally sealed with transparent tape after packaging.
(6) Display boxes: There are many types, mainly color display boxes, display boxes with PVC lids, etc., through which the products in the box can be seen directly.
(7) Plastic bag + elevator: generally called PBH.
(8) Blister card: BlisterCard, referred to as BC.
(9) PVC box or PVC bucket.
(10) Shrink film; also called heat shrink film. Small toys, candles and other products use this type of packaging more.
(11) Hang up the card.
(12) Egg compartment.
(13) Back card.
(14) Gift box: It is mostly used for the packaging of jewelry, gift accessories, stationery and other products, and there are many types.
(15) Others.
Medium packaging
mainly include plastic bags and corrugated box packaging. The types of corrugated boxes mainly include FOL, TUCKTOPBOX, etc.
Outer packaging
mainly include corrugated cardboard boxes and color boxes.
