The rewinder is a special machine and equipment used for film and paper. This kind of machine equipment mainly rewinds the paper rolls produced by the paper machine in sequence, and the paper is rewinded into finished paper before leaving the factory. For now, the use of AC drives in rewinders instead of DC drives has become a trend in the papermaking machinery industry.

The paper roll produced by the paper reeling machine is relatively soft, and the inside may be damaged or broken, the edges on both sides are not flat, and the width of the paper web cannot be directly used in some machines such as paper processing or printing. Most paper types (like newsprint and wrapping paper, etc.) need to pass through the edge of the rewinder for slitting, seaming, and rewinding on the paper roll core to form a certain degree of finished paper roll before leaving the factory.

The rewinding process mainly completes three steps: one is to cut off the burrs of the base paper, and then cut the entire base paper into several widths that meet the user's requirements, and then control the diameter of the finished paper roll to meet the factory specifications.
